THe best you would have to find out if that hospital has gotten awards or not. And the best can change. I do know of one around the Chaoyang area there is one across the street from CHaoyang Joy City Mall on the backside of the shopping mall. It is called Gynecology Beijing Hospital or something along those lines. That's really the only one I know of but the best can change depending on how much the hospital wants to improve their facility!!
