Blue Frog does a buy 1 get 1 free on their burgers on Mondays.  Not much on the live music, but a starting point to find expats craving Western food that might know a good place to go afterward.

bonita8187:

yea, blue frog burgers are my favourite, usually just order that from sherpas. I went to JZ club tonight, it was a big jazz band, over ten people play, I got there around 9:30pm, but it was already full. unbelievable. Drinks are kind of expensive, because normally the expresso martini costs 60--80rmb, but in JZ they charge 88rmb.

Monday is the worst time to hang out anywhere...I would assume anyplace you go to on a Monday night would be dead. Just try to go to some place peaceful like a park sometimes people bring their instrument their and will play it.
