I would think it would be Costa Coffee or Starbucks I've always seen people bring in their personal laptops and it's the highest standard I've been to so far. I avoid those dirty looking places because they only give you an hour and it's too noisy there! Stick with Starbucks or Costa get free internet service that you don't have to pay for and you can use it for hours.
