Q: What's a good Chinese fastfood chain?

Just curious to see how Chinese food fares when squeezed into the fastfood concept.

Panda Express?  Wink

Actually, the problem with most Chinese fast food chains that I have encountered is that they all have the same menu, but they don't have the same cooking techniques or ingredients.

There was one I use to like when I lived in Dalian called Yanyou (I think), the food near my home was great.  At every other location it was hit or miss on the quality.

Malan noodles is one specialized in... well, noodles.
There's "Kung fu", all over the place, but I don't really know what they do.
Dico's is sort of a poor man's KFC, but it's not so bad.
There are more, but I can't remember at the moment.

Dico's

For a good chicken "burger" and they normally don't give you any problems about delivery.  So a great lazy/hungover day meal.
