Q: What's good to eat in Guilin?

I've heard some whack things about Guangxi food, like dog, snake, even cat etc. But for normal people, what's a good Guilin dish?

Guilin noodles (桂林米粉）are some of the best noodles in China, the soup is a very good blend of over 50 herbs and spices. I miss living in Yangshuo and eating them everyday...
