Q: What's healthier for guys - drinking warm water or green tea?

I drink a lot throughout the day as I work, and with all Chinese raving on about the benefits of green tea, I was wondering which would be healthiest for me to drink - hot water or green tea?

In my opinion, green tea, if you like it.  It is full of anti-oxidants, and helps your body prevent cancer cells from developing in some way among other things.  I do enjoy one or two cups each day, especially in winter months at night while watching movies on TV.

In winter months I do drink room temperature water (not warm or hot).  But during summer months, it is as cold as I can get it.  I guess I am too old to change on this particular matter, hot water gives me the runs too.

Water is just water. Green tea is water AND MORE.

But do drink water if you're dehydrated.

For the life of me, I just cannot choke down green tea. I have tried and tried, but I just cannot manage to swallow it. I do know that it is healthier than warm water for the reasons Happy XP said, but i just cannot stand the taste or even the smell of it even though my chinese friends try their best to pour it down mythroat. I know they mean well, but still...

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change student visa to labourer one is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
