Q: What's the most liveable city in China for Expats?

During my time in China I have lived in Shanghai, Beijing and Hangzhou and I enjoyed them all for different reasons. I think Hangzhou was the nicest place to live, with the friendliest people and the best overall feeling. Shanghai is very easy to live in as you can get by with very little Chinese and the expat community is very big. Beijing has the best 'vibe', where you can feel something is going on but it's not always a tangible thing. What are other expats thoughts on living in different Chinese cities? (Not just visiting for tourism but actually LIVING)

I've really never felt the urge to hang out with other expats. I'm not anti-social, there are some of this forum that I would like to meet. I just worry that if I meet another it will cause a temporal paradox and the world will end. There can be only one.
