Q: What's the most you can sue for here?
I don't know about here, but I know in my own country the Untied States people have been awarded millions. Recently, a girl traveled here with her boarding school and she was severely injured while visiting the countrysides of China. The tick that bit her nearly paralyzed her and she can't even talk right anymore. Many of the other students got affected, but not too serious. She was awarded around 47.1 million dollars.
With that said how much can a person sue for in China? Is there a limit how much they can sue for? I'm sure it's not anywhere close to 47 million dollars!!

From 1997-2007, all the national compensation for the wronged law cases victims are 680 million RMB.
There are a few famous cases, like 2 years ago one innocent guy wrongly imprisoned for 11 years got paid 650 thousand Yuan from the gov't. Name is zhao zuohai.
Okay Silva, this is getting ridiculous. I hate to be one of "those guys", but there's no way you're from the U.S. Just admit you're Chinese and we'll all get along and sing happy songs. Nobody really cares where you're from, but pretending (poorly) to be someone you're not is always going to make enemies.
