what's native arabic speaker can find job in beijing?
Depending on your skills, (other than speaking Arabic) you can get a job in a tech support company (that caters to your home country), get a job doing localization on computer games & websites that will be seen in your country, or perhaps writing documentation for products to be sold in your company.
Granted, these jobs aren't very high paying, but they can make good use of your language skill.

Look at the various job boards such as the one on this website. Also, take the opportunity to go to networking events that are all over Beijing. The ones that are held by your embassy, or chamber of commerce should be especially useful to you.

Important is that you mention that you can also speak and write good Arabic then your job responsibilities might change according to your additional language skills. Try to apply to a company that needs English speakers for instance but also does business in the Arabic market. Then you should ask whether you can also do something productive for this market. I did so! I started as a German speaker and I realized that a lot of Arabic customers have troubles talking to the customer service team, so I got another position and started contacting Arabic retailers and business in these countries and translated the website into Arabic. I got a salary raise too! Make sure you look at the company profile before the interview. I am in Beijing since 6 months and I succeeded twice already making use of my Arabic language skills!
I hope that helps!
I can honestly say that I only know of one person from an Arabic-speaking country that has landed a job in Beijing and that was at Beijiing Da as a junior lecturer in Arabic and Arabic studies. You may wish to look there but you will need the background and diplomas to go with it.
There should be all types of jobs for a native Arabic speaker. A translator would be one and also you can teach the arabic language in a class. They pay top dollars for knowing that language in the military so I would assume they would need your service. You could do anything educational such as teaching/tutoring or you can become a translator with a company that does business with Arabs.
if you have a good English language , you can work as English teacher ...this is very possible ..but you can not do that in the main cities like shanghai or Beijing ..
