Q: Whats the safest drink to order in the club?
The whole fake alcohol thing really worries me. My hangovers are bad enough with the real stuff. What is the least likely form of alcohol to be faked? Beer, wine, spirits........

Canned beer you open yourself. Bottles are easier to fake than cans.
As a rule I never drink spirits here. I have friends who like doing rounds of tequila and rum etc and will join in with that but only if they're buying! Otherwise it's beer all teh way.

Bailey's and Kahlua with a pinch of Jameson. It's so delicious that no man alive could possibly want to harm the pinnacle of taste.
Virtually any bottled alcohol in China can have cheaper substitutes for ethanol, such as methanol or acetone. The only really safe drinks are those in cans (usually), or those clubs and bars with official brand sponsors.
I have also heard that cans are more difficult to fake, but I cannot recall ever seeing cans in a club. I think that sealed bottled beer is usually pretty safe (though it mostly tastes like piss water anyway). Perhaps imported sealed bottles of beer? It'd be more expensive and time consuming to fake as they'd need to get different shaped/colored bottles.
