Q: What's the single biggest purchase you've made in China?

I was thinking about this last time I returned home. It occured to me I rarely if ever bought anything in China, at least nothing worth much cash. Probably my cell phone for 1000 RMB. That's it.

My mouth fixed correctly.  Got rid of whatever was left, got me a full set of implants, paid 17,600 Rmb and fresh and happy as a cucomber !.  Do not regret one second of it.

HappyExPat:

It was done on the 5th Floor of People's Hospital in Nanning, by the Head Dentist there, Dr Po. It did not hurt much, used injections at gums. Maybe the needle for the injection hurt more than what I felt afterwards. But the implant itself does hurt a little bit after pain killers wore out, not much do. To me, it was very much worth the disconfort.

scooter, paid 2800y, had been pricing, friends said GF good at bargaining, first one she liked colour of was average low price (white- I hate white), I want to keep looking because it makes vendors hungry and I know I would've bargained more, I buy scooter, Italian style 800W , 20A (got what I want), thought it was a bit big for GF, so I drove it one day and she's had it all week,,,I'm thinking I'll get the biggest Italian style scooter for myself and not tell her, but either way I'll hear about spending my money.

Well, for starters, what is "expeced?" The question was about purchases. You know, paying money for stuff. Thumbs down for not understanding the question.
