Q: What's up with vets?

How come most vets in China seem to have no care for animals. Our dog has visited several and only one place do they actually seem like they even like animals. One place made me think that it was a setup to do deliberate mal-practice and then flog off the meat to the nearby restaurants.

I have no idea. They grew up with PTSD from being born in China, so... I guess that's it.
