Bejing police office claim they will enhance the internet supervise, especially aim at free wireless provider. like starbuck. every store should buy monitor software from police office.the software cost about twenty thousand yuan( i am not sure exactly number it is ). most owner dont want spend this money and use this sofware, so the things happed.
