Just wanted to know how many hours your colleagues work. How much time do they have off for lunch. How hard do they actually work. Do they play games?
At my school, no doubt about it, the teachers generally do more hours than I do, though most of them are not actually spent in a classroom but for office hours. They get two hours for lunch and at any time they're in front of the computer, as long as no student is in to ask them questions, they'll just be having fun, basically.
At night they sometimes have to watch over the kids from 7-10pm.
Overall, I'd say in a single work day I average maybe half their hours, while they do half fun during the extra half they're actually "in office". And at my school, those who've been here a few years earn more than I do, which somewhat dispells the myth that Chinese coworkers always make less than we do.

Well, my colleagues work more than me in terms of time. They work six days per week and six hours per day. Usually they have one or two classes a day and the rest of the time is spend playing games, watching TV series, eating snacks, sometimes calling students to ask them if they want to attend classes or if they have done their homework or just to have a chat...Not to mention the time spend deciding what to eat and, of course, napping.
they live their dreams .........work....cook......sleep and more work.......cook and sleep...........talk about too much action for a whole day....LOL
watch movie dubbed in chinese, try find lover on qq, maybe find work to copy and take credit for, then take nap
I work in a university...I don't know what the Chinese admin does all day, but it does not appear to be their jobs. They can't even get the bus drivers to work (we aren't given housing, and the campus we teach at is outside the city)....so teachers either miss their first class, or are stranded outside the city for several hours.
They will dock our pay atrociously if we don't perform satisfactorily for them (this includes sending the assclowns our lesson plans 2 weeks in advance. As we all know, foreigners are worthless and need to be watched and motivated). You have no idea how thrilled I was to learn of this policy when I arrive one week late for my classes due to their FAO dicking around with my passport and then jetting off on a little vacation for herself.
Did I mention that I work at one of the top ten unis in China? People back at home seriously don't understand why I think so little of the nongs.
As a technical service I have less work. 2 or 3 days a week only for few hours.
