I'm not sure it counts as "Western" per se, but I am quite fond of Bite-a-pita on Sanlitun bar street. It's the cheapest good Mediterranean cuisine in the city.

For pizza, my vote is Gung-Ho Pizza in Lido.

I know it sounds lame but Subway is my favorite. Gives me that quick western food fix but still at a reasonable price.

Not sure I have a favorite western restaurant really since they all tend to be pretty expensive I usually don't eat at them much. Maybe 2-3 times a year I'll go try some out. Never really found any that I thought "wow this is amazing!"
