Q: What's your toughest moment in your life?
I had some very tough moment in my life. I even felt wanting to end up my life during my tough moment.
This world sometimes it's too hard for me to live. I can't breath and sometimes felt like I am dead when unfortunate things kept happening in my life.
The main reason I didn't do it because I have parents in this world.
How about you?
I've been there, wanted to top myself for a long time many years back but I've got family, a younger brother, I knew that if I did it, he might follow that example. I saw a picture of my grandma once with her family. Eight people in that picture and she was the only one who didn't kill herself. True story. Now I only need to remember one thing, other than the fact of how important my example is to those around me, and that is that right now as we speak, there is a seven year old cradling a three year old, because there is no-one to take care of them. In other words, I have no right to dwell on personal negatives.

I still here because if I kill myself and can finally escape from this world. I am so worrying if I did it, my parents especially my mom will pass away. I can't really decide to end my own life, I think of them.

Maybe if I am the one who has no parents, I am no longer living.
Lucky for me I got parents who loves me so much to keep me alive!
I believe when someone reaches certain age, it's easier to cause stress when her life goals aren't met.

I'm lucky, I don't really have any life goals. See my kids into adulthood is my only goal, then my work is done. I remember once walking down the road with my brother on one of the many times he was going through heroin withdrawals, and he stopped to pick and smell some lavender. I asked him, "How is it, at rock bottom you still find space to enjoy the little things?" His answer: "Lower your standards." Fucking guy always makes me laugh.

A person has no life goals won't get frustrated that much. Good for you.
After I reached certain age, I think about many unreached goals and very frustrated, Sometines this frustration lead to a throught of suicide, Which is a serious issue.
I used to lost job, money ran out, I was starving in a big city. Bf left me.
I throught about taking some sleeping bills to end this miserable life. I throught a lot, I always work for people, no matter I have job or jobless or as a manager, I am just an employee, an employee always face a risk of getting fired, if I am old, maybe I won't even be hired if I lost my job again. Those throughts drive me so crazy and sometimes I felt stressful and laid in bed likes that I am dead. I wished I would never wake up to see the rising sun next morning.
Life is tough isn't it? I got nothing at 29. I am the master of none.
i am not rich, no partner, no house, not enough money to invest a business. I felt anxious and insecure.
The reality is so scary. I wanted to escape but I can't kill myself now. So sometimes I just put myself to sleep to escape from this world. Sleeping is the only way can make me lost conscious,

It's a social stress caused by living in a human society.
I think I'll find time to take a long holiday somewhere not in the city. In the mountain might be the best!

Awwww my ex did that. Not sure how he ends up. I just afraid to contact him since years ago.
Its tough for me to understand a person who just before was "disgusted" with a couple who had a large age difference, and was unwilling to engage in a brief, friendly conversation with them doing a 180 and now sulking and talking suicide. I find such a person to be flaky, unpredictable, and not to be befriend for my own sanitys sake...

Yes - many times! Especially through my mid-late teens. But also at other times.
Something Vicky said above - "It's a social stress caused by living in a human society."
By only considering other people, and in particular, the bad in other people and wondering "why bother?"
But, there ARE good people in the world who deserve a hand that I can give.
And, lastly, when I'm down like that, I look up at the stars... and see how much all the crap and bullshit are pretty damn meaningless in this universe. It's a pretty egotistical thing to think the universe ought to make your life great and wonderful all the time. It's OUR responsibility!

@Martian - happiness is an emotion, and thus is something that you can control if you choose to.
I hate the whole "don't make me angry" crap - cos it's voiding one's responsibility.
this question remind me of one of my classmate, that at the age of 14, within one week lost all his family. His mom and his sister died in a car incident, and his dad after 2 days hang himself in the livingroom. Is not a movie, thats really happened and he survived.
toughest time.... to hell with that... long gone........... best time, last day of work and pretty much every day since. 1500 days of frivolity, enjoyment, adventure and carefree entertainment
My toughest time... Once when I was young, me and my uncle bought 2 robots from some travelling salesmen. That night one of them ran away, so the next day I went out to find them. Whilst looking for it I was attacked by some hooligans but thankfully an old wise man saved me. He took me to his home and revealed that he knew my father and gave me his laser sword. He offered to teach me how to master my inner qi but I said that I had to stay with my uncle. It later became apparent that the 2 robots I bought were being sought by the authorities and that they knew where I lived. I tried to get home in time but it was too late, they killed my uncle and aunt. I went with the old man to book passage on a ship to find a princess who was looking for my robots. We charted passage on a ship but when we arrived at our destination I was surprised to see it had been destroyed. Just then we were caught and taken to a station. We hid in the ship and later snuck out. Whilst planning our escape we learnt that the princess was being held at the station. We managed to save her but at great cost... my mentor was killed. The princess took me to her home and told me and my friends that the station was a great threat and must be destroyed. I joined an attack on the station and we managed to destroy it. I was later given a medal for my work. It was a terrible time but I did a great good.

Discovering the corpses of my murdered cousins... That was a pretty bad day.
