I'm a foreign girl that has been living in BJ for some time and now I'm preparing to leave, but I still haven't gotten my Chinese diploma certified. I studied here and got my Bachelor Degree in 2010. I know that it requires 3 steps - going to the notary, then ministry, then my embassy. The trouble is I don't remember all the details about how long it would take, how much it costs, etc. Also, since my remaining time is limited, I need to know whether someone could do it instead of me or I have to deliver and pick up personally. Any information would be very helpful!

The university I work at will give you a translated version of your diploma in English, French and Vietnamese. Have you inquired if your university has the same service?
But the translated version looks really fake, and most of the countries dont recognize the translated version. its better to go get a notarized translated copy with official stamp. regarding going to your country's embassy every country have their own rule and certain organization that evaluates the diplomas. most of them require the micro syllabus accompanied with your transcripts though.
