I am not sure about my sunrise, butt...in Fukang, Xinjiang sunset is around 9:45 pm. I think, they should move time comparable to Beijing time, similar like NY and LA in USA.
It's probably somewhere between 8 and 9 pm. I would have to do some research on this as this is very new to me. It can vary from time to time. I don't think it would set the exact time every time so an estimate would probably be between 8 to 10 pm.

This answer is a good example of why the Chinese education system does not benefit from putting Children in school for 18 hours per day.

"what time do you normally wake up?"
chinese student : "wait i must check online to copy the answer from someone."
Just work on 'local time'. Have you noticed that all the Uyghurs have their clocks set two hours behind? That's the most sensible way to go.
Mentally, set your body back two hours. When i lived in Xinjiang i would have breakfast at 10am and dinner at 9pm BJ time. An 'early' night leaving the pub would be about 1am BJ time - which felt like 11pm.
The government insists on all the country being one time zone, so if you live out west you have to adjust.

That's true! School's lunch break is at 1:10pm (instead at 11:10am), and finish of the School's day is at 7pm.
You can readjust geographical time zone two ways: moving 'start of the day' hour or two hours later, or changing (deducting) time of 'real clock'.
It is the same in EU: Zandvoort in Holland has day time till past 10pm.
Haven't seen the sun at all for the past 6 months - but seriously check out the time here

For the last year or so, I am lucky. Almost daily sun in Dalian, and same is now in Fukang. Can't miss shades, when I am heading outside.

That's your 'brilliant' OS at work. Does it begin with word 'W'?
It's between just before 18 in winter and just after 19 in summer in Zhuhai.
Not like at home where the difference is more than 6 hours between summer and winter. Man I miss the light summer nights.
Nessquick:
