You could try buying vitamin B3 at your local chemist ( I buy lots of vitamins in little white tubs, normally B complex: folic acid, B1, B2, B6, B12 for only a few yuan each which turns out to be a lot cheaper than buying multi-vit packs) I haven't seen B3 though. That or you could buy food that is rich in niacin(B3):
Niacin is found in variety of foods, including liver, chicken, beef, fish, cereal, peanuts and legumes, and is also synthesized from tryptophan, which is found in meat, dairy and eggs.
Animal products:
liver, heart and kidney
chicken
beef
fish:
tuna
salmon
Dairy:
milk
eggs
Fruits and vegetables:
avocados
dates
tomatoes
leaf vegetables
broccoli
carrots
sweet potatoes
asparagus
Seeds:
nuts
whole grain products
legumes
saltbush seeds
Fungi:
mushrooms
brewer's yeast
To ask for it just write a B cubed on a piece of paper (I mean B elevated to the third power : B^3) and a translation for vitamin which is similar sounding in Chinese, if memory serves. That how I manage to make myself understood anyway.
