In Beijing, Bars in general, or around Sanlitun and Wudaokou.

Go to a networking event, talk or gig. You're bound to meet foreigners there who are open to socialising.

Why come to China if you want to be with foreigners? Stay in your own country or try meeting and getting to know Chinese people.

Xpat.John:

Such an old, dated and narrow minded opinion. There are many reasons to want to meet other foreigners. Networking, companionship, or perhaps even just someone who can appreciate your point of view as an outsider. And just because expats in China don't hang with Chinese 24x7 and eat Chinese food 24/7, doesn't mean they should stay in their home country. When you were in your home country did you only hang out with natives and only eat native food? For some reason, I don't think so.
