Q: where best to study what?

which universities in all around the world specializes in certain fields of study? lets say one wants to study engineering,business administration, agronomy,etc in any western university? but all majors in general and their corresponding universities that best teaches those majors, for example, Tongji University's best major is architecture, Nanjing university of aeronautics and astronautical engineering's primary major is aeronautics engineering, Beijing university of language and culture's primary major is languages.

now in Europe,U.S,Canada or Australia and south Africa, can you please name some universities which specialize in certain fields of study,thanks.

N.C state has a good engineering school, Chapel hill and Duke have good medical programs, Harvard has a good law program.

When I do a presentation on UK universities, I use the following site for reference:

 

http://www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/league-tables/rankings

 

Be aware you can customise the table or pick a subject (at the top of the page) and sort them by whatever criteria you want.

 

Obviously this only works for UK universities.
