I checked the list of Chinese cities and there is no pin-yan spelling for "Jingzchou". Do you mean "Jinzhou" and if you mean "Jinzhou", do you mean the one in Hubei? the one in Liaoning? or in some other province? I'd like to help you but I need the correct spelling of the city name. Perhaps you might post the Chinese characters for the city name here. Thanks.
