Q: Where to buy pipe tobacco in Harbin?

I will spend the summer in Harbin and would like a local source of pipe tobacco. No not Mary Jane, I mean real pipe tobacco, commercially sold.

Martin, pipe tobacco can be bought at your local foreign store. Harbin has a few, google it or ask a Chinese Friend. Harbin is well known for tourist and Russians, they're many tobacco shops that will sell pipe tobacco.

techezee your answer is very common sense. However, on a recent trip to Harbin I found many shops selling pipes but NO pipe tobacco. Google was no help.
