As I said on another post, I have not seen real pine trees sold for Xmas here in China.  Some artificial yes, but never a real one as we are used to see back home.
I am not familiar with the Hangzhou area, but two possible solutions for your wish of a real Xmas pine tree could be either to visit local nurseries (garden supply shops) to see if they have for sale, or can get for you, a real line tree in a pot.  And the other will be to visit the nearby country side and see if you can locate some, and do buy it from the local farmer.
