Almost anywhere -- 7-11's, the 24 Hour Marts, Metro, R&T Mart, Carrefour, Walmart, you name it.
Are you looking for the store specialized in disposable razors in Beijing?
I need more details for full answer.
Sasponiv, Welcome to China, You make me remember of 2007..When i arrived China first time in 2007, finding a disposable razor was a big problem for me..also after shave lotion..but nowadays these things are available but costly than my home country..In supermarket you can easily find in cosmetic section..but so far i have seen only Gillette which is unreasonably expensive than other countries..
You can order them through www.taobao.com . taobao carries all of the Western brands and they are not expensive at all.

are you serious? walmart, rt mart, carrefour, i see them everywhere even the chinese big supermarkets
If you need the latest must have it disposable razor then you will pay a lot more for it over here in China than elsewhere, but if you just want a shave then the two bladed ones are okay and are not too expensive.
Gillette are everywhere and if you walk in to most departmental stores, Watsons, Walmarts etc, they will usually have one.
The post shaving balm is also very expensive.
If you cannot speak Mandarin, just become a mime star, to the amusement of the stores staff who are numerous and very helpful, usually you find them congregating around the washing liquids.
Do not buy the cheapest Chinese brand of razor, otherwise you would be better off putting some cream on your face and letting the cat lick it off, in other words a waste of money and impossible to shave with, as the metal is rubbish..
