Q: Where can I buy one of those special rain ponchos for my bike?
The kind that covers the handlebars too.
Also, any idea what they're called?

Around bike stores you should see parts stores. Just do what the Chinese do , take someone elses. I bought a new scooter and the poncho disappeared and was replaced by a dirty one. I bought another new one and just covered the seat with a plastic bag after that when I parked.
i think you can try to buy on taobao if you can type Chinese.also you can try to get it in supermarket which is selling bike.
Go to the bike store first or buy on tthe taobao website, type “YU YI " then search,wish you buy it soon.

Any Walmart carries these types of ponchos to which you are referring; additionally, I purchased one previously at RT-Mart and I have also seen them carried in Metro, all of which stores have many branches in BJ.
