Q: Where can I buy those raincoats everyone wears when cycling in the rain?

As soon as it rains, Beijingers whip out their rain capes and brave the torrential downpour on two wheels. But I've never noticed these great inventions sold anywhere. What kind of shops sell them and how much are they approx?

Any of the small shops that look like they sale a little of everything, and even in many of the supermarkets. They are normally located right next to the bike locks.

Pop over to the nearest supermarket and you will find one, just make sure you bought the bike ones and not just normal raincoats.
