I assume you are asking how you would be able to get a job in China that uses the English language from home (India?). Well, being a non native is already tough getting a job on location. If you are not here in China, the possibilities are quite bleak I'd say. Unless you have someone already here who can pull all the strings, perhaps you may have some opportunities. Other than that, tough.

Look at  the 'Jobs in China' here on eChinacities. Top R of this screen. When on 'jobs' page, change city to Chongching, and 'part-time jobs'.

Other jobs website is at 'Beijinger' classifieds.

You can also search GOOGle with title 'ESL jobs in Chongching', however that search will give you mostly 'full-time' jobs openings. Good luck!

I can't understand your question, do you mean work from home or from your home country. Either way, don't bother.
