I called EF hotline. Said will but never call back. Recep said they have such courses. Can never trust Chinese receps. It's their way of being polite and can say sorry if they are wrong.

CELTA - abt RMB16k at Shanghai Uni (under a Australian uni). I trust this school but don't really know qly. But I am a yellow-skinned so might be wastingtime & money. Every Chinese wants tolearn from a white native!!!dadada

DD Dragon - TESL course very cheap. Kind of ok lah but again dadada.

Many online & cheapo. Frankly, how valuable/employable if attaained from online. Now, employers smarter. Want these paper-qualified to clock certain hours.

You didnt say if you are native or not. Usually (98%) goes to native, females, white, from US/UK/Aussie/Canada, with teaching cert, experiences & & & degrees!!!!!! Not 85 Degrees

Look for an organization in your community that volunteers with immigrants teaching them esl. Sometimes they will be willing to help and even let you practice teaching their students (supervised of course).
