Without a doubt the GreenMile ! The pizza hut just a block north of the large central square park is pretty good too. There was a place just off Tianjie underground markets, but they closed up
when all the remodeling started.

Sorry guys but the best 100% pizza in Shenyang is at a small American pizza joint owned by a guy from New York named Steve Rome, or something like that. It is in the same location as Baskin-Robin.

I must agree with the others. Green Mile has the best pizza. They also deliver. The phone number for delivery is 13898140138. They also serve a pretty decent plate of Nachos, as well.

The best pizza would probably be somewhere at Pizza Hut! They did name the best pizza in the world I think it is called New York Pizza or something. Anyways the best pizza company in the world which got voted this year was a company in New York. I don't think you will find that pizza company in Shenyang as of late, but you can take the alternative and find a pizza Hut!!

If we're going to catalog the pizza restaurants in Shenyang we should probably include O'Reilly's, which is an expat bar near the Golden Hotel, and the second location for NY Pizza, which is near the corner of 11th Latitude road and 3rd Longitude road.
New York pizza is made by old ladies who know nothing about pizza.
I don't think I'd take my family to a bar to eat pizza either.
There is a new pizza shop in TieXi district. If you have kids or you yourself are a student, it is cheap because they cater to students and have student discounts. Also it is Halal and it's clean. I can't say if it's the best, but my kids said it tasted better than Pizza Hut.

Halal Pizza!? As bizarre as that sounds, I'll admit that my curiosity is peaked. Where in Teixi is it? As for NY Pizza, sometimes you do need to tell the ayi's that work there to add extra cheese or sauce. That said, remember that this is China, where knowing nothing of pizza means trying to pass off some fruit covered abomination as the genuine article.

Helen's is one of the most popular cafe/bar in China. I go there almost every other day! The scene is unique it it's own way. There is writing on the wall, so you can leave you mark there! The food is amazing (especially their mac & cheese!) And the waiters are oh so friendly. I know almost all of them by their first name. Everyone who goes there knows each other. It's a great way to socialize. Helen's is the hot spot in wodaokou!
The best days to go to Helen's (in my opinion) are Tuesdays & Saturdays.
Tuesdays: Free Raffle (10 Free beers). There is no fee, everyone can write their name on a slip and there are two drawings. If your name is chosen you will get 10 free beers for you and your friends.
