Waxing is common in Beijing and Shanghai so I was pretty sure in Guangzhou too. I Googled it and apparently this hotel does it.

for other parts, i usually do it near garden hotel, close to paddy's theres this spa called "breathe beauty spa" they hv it there. they even offer a one year package where u only pay some amount of money and u can come anytime u want to for any kind of waxings. they always recommend u to make an appointment, but they're never actually that busy. but its always good to call before u come so they can prepare for u.

OR, there's this one chinese girl i know that owns a manicure place in longkouxi, she can do it for a really cheap price, but she's not as professional as the breathe spa, of course.
