Q: Where can I get a decent Steak in Nanjing?

I have a craving for a good steak. I dont trust the meat at the local market enough to eat anything from there that isnt fried to a crisp; does anyone know of a place in Nanjing where I can get a decent, medium-rare steak?

I was thinking more along the lines of an actual steakhouse. Also, steak at pizzahut? ...really? I know they have a rediculously expanded menu in china, but come on... No.
