Euphoria on Jiangtai Xilu in the Lido area. It's quite hidden in a basement but the venue boasts professional masseuses whose credentials hang on the wall by the entrance. For about 80 rmb you can get a full-body Chinese massage...which can be VERY painful, but does help get rid of knots and blocked energy channels. If you can speak Chinese, this place is great because they try to give you medical advice, but if you don't that's fine too because they are very used to a non-Chinese speaking clientele. It's open 24 hours and you can doze off there after the massage for as long as you like.
