if you live on the East go to Landao 蓝岛 which is somewhere near the 2nd Silk Market. If you live on the West you can go to Zhongguanchun 中关村 which is a big sprawling tech place.

if you do not want to spend time travelling you might do some search online and call some service provider to come to fix for you. It usually cost about 100 RMB for the service man to come to your place and do diagnosis and possibly fix it on site for you if your laotop does not require any hardware replacement. You will have to pay for extra hardware cost if this is what causes the problem.

actually zhongguancun (中关村） is the reference , once you arrive at zhonguancun nan (中关村南） public bus station just in front of 海龙电子城 （Hailong Electronics) building. go behind hailong building, cross the street, you are in front of another building (The good one) at the entrance, there is a service of Macdonalds ice cream and other little stuffs. enter and go to level B2 of the building
they fix all kind of electronics and brands there or redirect you to the right another not far if thy can't
