The bikes are called "ChangJiang 750" and like everything here they're a copy of a truly great bike... Here's a link:

There's a shop right next to 798. Go down jiuxinqiao and take a right at the big SEONBUN mall. Maybe 200 meters down that road you'll see the bike shop.

There's a place just off Xiaoyun Lu that fixes them. Maybe they sell them too. When you're coming from the Liangmaqiao direction and driving east up Xiaoyun Lu it will be down a little alleyway on the left hand side.
