Q: Where Can I get a TEFL quick quick in China, specifically Shenzhen?

There are lots of online TEFL courses online that you can get a basic certificate from.  I have seen people be able to pass the "course" in as little as 4-6 hours and get a printable certificate.

 

Of course, these courses aren't worth the paper they are printed on since most TEFL certificates require a certain amount of classroom practice time.  But a lot of schools in China will accept them anyway or, in some cases, provide you with a lovely photoshopped version for free.

 

The cost, if I remember right, is about US$150.  Just google "Online TEFL Certification" and you will find what you are looking for.
