Wutongshan is cool because it’s got a few different trails to choose from. The best in my opinion is maluan shan, the forest, waterfalls everything is gorgeous

There is a hiking trail near Shekou. Near the grounded ship/ Fairly challenging for the elevation change but worth it if you can handle it. Nanshan (South Mountain) or something close to it.

u can take a taxi to wutong mountain, which is a good place to hike and the good protection of the mountain makes the place more mazing

Wutong mountain is great for hiking but be prepared for the crowd.

Try joining the local chapter of the Hash House Harriers.  They normally go for a run/hike every week.  Its cheap and it includes all the cold beer you can drink.

There is a nice mountain near IKEA,  it's quiet and not far from the town, it's great for hiking.  Smile
