Q: where can i pay my electricity bill in Nanshan SZ?
I live in Nanshan SZ and need to pay cash for my electricity bill. to Shenzhen Power Company at one of their shops/offices in Nanshan - Nantou - Houhai or Shekou

but You'll need a Chinese friend to help you.
Shouldn't your land lord have given you an account number of where he wanted the bills to be paid? Usually landlords have that ready for you, ask him to help you. Unless you bought a house, thats different.
I also live in Shenzhen, Futian, I work in NAnshan. Never in 7 years here have I paid a bill directly to the company, it should be done by bank.
I live in Nanshan, always paid cash to the landlord, that's how it's been over three apartments in Shenzhen, only in Beijing did I experience different, but that was prepaid power so you had to go downstairs to the convenience store and buy a top up same as a cell phone.
Person to ask would be your landlord. Other people in my apartment block who own them or have a different property manager, I have no idea why it's different for them really, pay it directly through ping'an bank.
