Where do you like to live in Shanghai and why?
The airport. Because it gets me out of Shanghai really quickly. I don't know why, but I just don't like that city one bit. Sure, it's beautiful, but not for me.
Either that, or I try hostels in Shanghai.
I have never been there because I didn't like Beijing.
Suzhou
Suzhou is the best part of Shanghai : got the fancy and the income levels, but less expensive, way more green spaces to enjoy, better air, less crowded, and still 30 mn from the closest international airport ^^
I like to live in the Guangzhou area of Shanghai.
It's far enough away that I can avoid bumping into you, but it's close enough to be in the same country.
What part do you live in Vicky? I'll move next door.

Good luck with that, things didn't go so well for the last person who xtried that. Building number? apartment number? Just might pay you a visit sometime.

more specifically i think i would look for an apartment in ChangNing. Because it would be easy to walk to meet the factory bus in the mornings.
oops, forgot the "why" part, simply because its nice 
Xuhui, cleaner air, lots of parks, less noise, clean river water would be nice but that's none existing in China.
of course Jing An! Why?cause i like how it sounds

My work pays for my Renaissance hotel 
near French Concession area.... Can't really say I'd want to 'live' there, though... I like trees and hills and that...
Hmmm - you live in West Nanjing Lu... tht's near my work....I'll have to be careful around BKs... (fortunately, I'm a Subway kinda guy - or XinTianDi)
