I had to replace a couple of valves in a guitar amp last year. Some genius literally threw it into a van when it was baking hot after a 2 hour show.

The only I could find was in Guangzhou and they had an extensive range available. I know this is not the same but they mainly cater for hifi enthusiasts.

Perhaps you could send them your requirements and see what they say: http://www.china-hifi-audio.com/en

Note: although they do have an actual shop which took some finding, most of their business is online. Prices on their website are in US dollars. Not cheap but legit.

To tell the truth , Shenzen is the capital of electronics .

Try Alli express or Alibaba and Ebay and you should get what you need .

hope this helps

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change from student to labourer visa is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
