To be honest, an TEFL course originating from China would probably be worthless in any other country in the world.
Look for a reputable TEFL from your home country if you intend to teach in China, or ANYWHERE else.

You'd also get better details/answers if you searched the internet yourself and invest time in some research. Google "TEFL course China".
You say "cheaper", do you have any benchmark course prices to compare? I think you actually meant "where can I do a cheap TEFL course in China".
A bit of a lazy question really..........
