You'll have to go to the main PSB in Wuhan, it'll be the only PSB that helps and hands out RP's to foreigners...

You need one from your home country then you need to tell us where you are from?

@ironman510 is incorrect in saying that you should go to the "main PSB" to apply for a police clearance certificate (PCC) in Wuhan. 

Currently in Wuhan, it is either a local notary office or a Population Brigade of a District PSB (as opposed to the Municipal PSB) that issues PCCs to foreigners. It depends on which category of visas you hold during the time of your stay in China. A:It depends from where you're receiving it from ... and what kind of the puter/OS you're using it. I have MBP without Windows OS ... and once I mark certain email as a spam, next time it lands directly into the Spam folder and gets deleted automatically after few days. If I receive email from the site I subscribed to, i.e. I gave them my email address, I must unsubscribe first and emails stop after that. I don't know how Windows based machines operate ... -- icnif77
