Q: where is the instructions page to verify my email

I have tried to lodge an a classified ad.

 

At some point I was unable to proceed because the system asked me to verify my email.

 

I received an email from you today to ask me to read the instructions page to very my email.

 

I cannot find your instructions page to do so.

 

Where is your instructions page to verify my email so that I can receive a verification code?

'cause 'Contact Us' page on the bottom 'doesn't exist'. However, we got assurance from Big Dog few days ago 'everything has been fixed'.

Hello Elite555,

 

Your question will be handled by our custoer service team via cs02@echinacities.com.  You need only input the verification code to verify your email.  You may explain to CS and send a screen shot if you don't find the verification code on your browser.

 

Regarding icnif77's issue of 'Contact Us' page on the bottom 'doesn't exist', the problem only appears on Answers pages and will be fixed shortly.  The 'Contact Us' page works on all other pages of the website other than Answers section.
