I would say go try any of the shopping malls. Carrefour has a nice outlet mall where I'm at. They sell all types of shoes with different sizes!

I just recieved a pair of brand new pair of Merrell shoes on Friday for 75 rmb size 44 Europe from taoboa. Back home in the UK for the same pair I would of had to pay the equivalent of at least 600 rmb. They are a perfect fit, genuine, and came in the standard Merrell box with all the attachments etc. Wearing them right now, and they feel just like they did back home to walk in.
