The Orange Bar has relocated from its old premises to a new one but still in Ranghulu. Not easy to find. Leo is still running the place and it's still 99% foreigners that go there. If you want an exact location I can supply that info. Just email me direct.

Why would there be 99% foreigners there if the bar has chinese employees'? I prefer bars such as Hooters. I call Hooters the orange bar because there colors are Orange and everywhere I see it's orange. .Could you let me know the exact location of the orange bar?

Hooters is a joke. Waste of time and money. That opinion has been talked about on this site before.
