Q: Where is 'shou si bao cai' (手撕包菜) from?
Of all the wonderful Chinese dishes, I think this simple beauty has to be my favourite! But can you tell me where it originates from? I ate it in a UK restaurant once, and the English translation was 'turkish cabbage', but I don't think it's really from Turkey... it's definitely a Chinese dish, but where?!

Really, I thought it's Si Chuan food, but I did have this dish in every Chinese restaurant.
