That is like a Texan looking for the New Mexico visa!

If you are Chinese I suspect you will need some kind of 'pass' similar to the Hong Kong 'passport' that Chinese have to apply for, and as such the PSB will be your first port of call. If you aren't Chinese but still need a visa then again, I suspect the PSB is your best option.

Only foreign countries have embassies in China.  Since Taiwan is not recognized as a foreign country, it does not have an embassy in China.

However...

Nationals from countries that do not need to obtain a visa for a trip 30 days or less to Taiwan are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, *Japan, Republic of Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K. and U.S.A.

Chinese people can only visit Taiwan as part of a tour group.  They can not travel their individually.  Also, the visas are hard to get because they only allow a certain number per day.

BTW. while your girl in blue may be a hottie, since it may damage her career to have people know she is dating you, you might not want to use her photo as an avatar.  Just sayin'.

Micholob beer is (or used to be) brewed in St. Louis. Milwaukee has a proud tradition of brewing its own local brands. I know. Not the best example, but it was written pre-coffee! indecision

About a year ago, it became legal for Chinese people to travel to Taiwan individually, not as part of a tour, but it was restricted to people from Beijing, Shanghai, and Xiamen. There was talk of expanding to allow people from other cities to go as individuals  as well, but I don't know if that has happened yet or not.

You could go to PSB, and ask them where to get Taiwanese visa for you and where Chinese get their Taiwan visas.

Chinese can go to Taiwan only if their relatives live in Taiwan. Chinese can go visit Taiwan for 8 days per year as group.

Mainland Chinese need a travel permit. Taiwan does not recognise Mainland China's passports.

dont tell the chinese mainlanders but taiwan citizens no longer need a visa to visit the united states either as a tourist.america does not expect japan and taiwan citizens to become illegal and take away american jobs.

hippy:

amerika does expect japanese, and tw to stay illegally. however, if u want stooges, and pupets to put in the work (to destabilize china, and project inperialist interests), u got to give them (stooges) something in return. ie visa free access to the us. it;s also why the japanese are given so many concesions ie hitachi, sony, etc. tw- acer, asus, gigabyte, giant, htc, etc. not only does giving visa free access to japanese make the japanese think theyre important, but it also brings in alot of money to the us in terms of tourism. the us ruling class elite also wants illegal immigrants so their greedy ases can bring the wages down. amerika, the west, and their allies are all about exploitation

there are no illegals in America from Taiwan and Japan, because most Americans, like myself would rather live there than America, but Japan want let me live there and Taiwan would only let me work there. they are both better places than America and centuries better than China. you really need to travel and see the world before you make such ridiculous statements that show you live in an alternative universe.

hippy:

wrong. there are plenty of illegals from tw, jap. check the restraunt kitchens, and youll find them. there are even illegal jap, tw living in australia. all the japanese, and taiwanese are brain washed from the day they are born to believe that amerika, and the west is heaven, so alot of them do foolishly end up going to amerika, only to find out that the only job they can get is in the kitchen. being that the japanese, taiwanese, singaporians, hongers, and south koreans are brain washed by their western masters to believe that money=happiness, alot of them do indeed stay illegally in the west. amerika does have alot of attractions like big houses, and the salaries are significantly higher, however, what most people dont talk about is the human rights problem in amerika, and that is often the trade off you make by going there. you get the big houses, big yards, but you also have to take the beatings from cops, after you take beatings from juvenile deliquints. there was actually an exelent story of a taiwanese guy (Sunny Sheu) who said that he thought amerika had human rights, so he challenged a local judge, but he ended up dead after the judge put a hit out on him. lol. whats indeed funny about people like sheu is that they claim to be leaving china for "a better life", only get a worse one in the west. sheu was indeed one of those china haters, and he was served with justice. god took care of him. the only reason why "people" like u want to live in jap, tw is because the japanese, and taiwanese are pushovers, let u boss them around, and probably molest their kids

Like I said, alternative universe, I have travelled all over the world, all fifty states and all territiories, every province in China, had customers in most states, and I have never never met an illegal from Japan, plenty of Chinese and filipinos though, by the hundreds. Lots of laotians in Minneapolis, Vietnamese in Little Saigon, Somalians, Columbus, Ohio, plenty of China towns all over America, but not a single "japan town" in America or Canada", go back to your CCP wumao indoctrination seminar building for some new material, This is getting old and boring.
