I have a couple of questions for them while you are there:

1) has anyone there done Marketing 101?

You know, the thing where you learn how to identify your target market and respond with articles that will attract them and not the drivel that has epitomized the 'news' section in the last while.

2) is there going to be any removal of the two self-confessed trolls who both admitted recently that they have posted fake questions 'for fun'/testing people or because they were bored?

The result is that this site becomes less attractive to people who really want to help or are looking for genuine help  (please refer back to my question about Marketing 101)

I thought there was a policy against trolling (and spamming), yet despite Admin being clearly online, he/she has ignored not only the post he/she made regarding what users would like to see more of/less of, there is not even a basic acknowledgement of concerns.
