It will depend on from where you depart China, and to which city you want to go in Latin America, which comprises many countries in North, Central and South America, besides the Caribbean.

I doubt you will find a direct flight, or for the same reason, do the whole trip with one carrier only, unless you can find a foreign carrier from a POE within one of the exit hubs in China that flies to your destination.  But foreign carriers are known to be more expensive than Chinese, so maybe you should look into Air China and see what price you may get.
