Q: Which are good Chinese TV shows/movies/series to get from a DVD shop?

Although I don't understand it fully, I am secretly intrigued by this show that they give on CCTV 13 (I think) about the imperial times, lol. I want to take one home but I am not sure which would be the best one to get. Any ideas?

I almost dont watch Chinese tv, but recently there is a comedy series got my attention, it's called "Men". It's funny..

I like a snowy Happy new year, rather than a no sky one...Beijing's time to ban the cars---the only solution for the time being...

im pretty sure that there are only two kinds of shows aloud. ancient china stuff. and fighting the japanese. anything els is banned for being to entertaining.

I like the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" shows. Some are corny but many are good imo. If you're a history buff then you might want to check them out.
